About The Role:

We are currently recruiting for Housekeeping Attendant for Dhiafatina- The Airport Hotel in Doha.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. You will deliver exceptional service by maintaining attention to detail, following standard operating procedures, and upholding the image of Qatar Airways Hospitality. Your role contributes directly to creating warm, welcoming, and luxurious environment that reflects our five-star service values.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Collect keys and daily assignments before preparing trolley and sufficient equipment in order to perform designated tasks and duties effectively and to avoid delays effectively.
  • Maintain and clean guest rooms and replenish room supplies as per the standards of performance off the hotel.
  • Maintain and clean bathrooms and replenish bathroom amenities according to the standards of performance off the hotel.
  • Tidy and arrange guest belongings when cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms in order to ensure compliance to the Leading Quality Assurance standards of the hotel.
  • Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing in order to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and clean guest corridors, service pantries and service areas in order to ensure a professional and organized appearance.
  • Report any maintenance related issues to the Engineering Department to ensure general upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
  • Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms to ensure courtesy and guest satisfaction.
  • Operate in safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and employee’s health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
  • Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the head of the department .

Qualifications About you :

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and job specific skills:

  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Good command of English language – both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a professional hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team and follow established procedures.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry – preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel & Word) – preferred.
