We are looking for a Performance Generalist with a leadership mindset to serve as the operational engine of Snoonu’s Retail Media Network. In this hybrid role, you will lead the Ad Operations team while acting as a strategic partner to our Commercial unit. You are the bridge between “What we sell” and “How we deliver,” ensuring that every campaign maximizes yield for Snoonu and Incremental ROAS for our partners.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Lead and mentor the Ad Ops team, ensuring accuracy in campaign trafficking, QA, and delivery across Snoonu’s app and inventory.
  • Establish processes for campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor inventory forecasting and availability to prevent overbooking and optimize fill rates.
  • Design structured, data-backed media plans that align client KPIs (Awareness, Conversion, Retention) with Snoonu’s ad solutions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, creative media strategies. You don’t just sell slots; you sell audiences and outcomes.
  • Act as a Performance Generalist: Navigate seamlessly between Branding objectives and rigorous Performance/Conversion tactics.
  • Collaborate directly with the Sales/Commercial team to pitch high-value proposals to Tier-1 clients.
  • Provide technical validation on deals, ensuring we are selling feasible and high-impact solutions.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 4+ years in Digital Media, Ad Operations, or Performance Marketing. Experience leading or mentoring junior members is essential.
  • Understanding of Ad Servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, Criteo) and Performance Platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360).
  • You are comfortable discussing technical API integrations one minute and creative formats the next.
  • You use data to justify every decision.
  • Arabic is highly recommended and considered a strong competitive advantage for this role.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Sales & Clients)
