About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager (Content Strategy & Curation) to help shape and deliver a world class inflight entertainment experience. You will lead content strategy, curate a diverse content portfolio, and collaborate with global partners, technology providers, and internal stakeholders to elevate the onboard entertainment offering.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives and passenger demographics.
  • Lead the curation, selection, and acquisition of entertainment content across movies, TV, music, games, and more.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with studios, distributors, licensing agencies, and content service providers.
  • Use data analytics and passenger insights to guide programming decisions and optimize content engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with content licensing agreements, copyright laws, and cultural sensitivity standards.
  • Oversee content quality assurance, including audiovisual standards and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and optimize content delivery across IFE systems.
  • Monitor real time performance of content and adjust programming and rotations accordingly.
  • Manage the content budget and identify cost effective opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Perform other department duties related to this position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 6+ years of relevant experience; or diploma with 7+ years related experience.
  • Deep understanding of streaming, OTT trends, and the wider media ecosystem, especially within IFE.
  • Proven experience in data-driven content curation or programming environments.
  • Strong understanding of media integration systems, digital content delivery, and IFE hardware.
  • Solid knowledge of licensing structures, copyright requirements, and content acquisition processes.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments and manage shifting priorities with resilience.
  • Managerial experience with strong coaching, delegation, and team building capabilities.
