Overview Of The Role

As a Car Sales Executive for GAC Qatar, you will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales, customer satisfaction (CSV), and NPS targets. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the GAC brand with professionalism. This role requires strong customer handling, excellent communication, and a passion for the automotive industry.

What You Do

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (17 units).
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring CSV (4.85) and NPS (85) performance goals are achieved.
  • Follow company sales policies, procedures, cash-handling guidelines, and SOPs at all times.
  • Ensure 100% walk in customer entry is logged in C4C with proper follow up.
  • Maintain zero overdue tasks before close of business; update daily Excel reports.
  • Improve selling techniques and customer management skills continuously.
  • Maximize sales opportunities across financing, insurance, accessories, tinting, service packages, and paint protection.
  • Ensure 100% test drive offers with complete documentation.
  • Submit all required documents accurately to relevant departments.
  • Handle customer concerns effectively to avoid rework and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager and other departments to promote quality sales and service culture.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in automotive or retail sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Customer centric mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.

About The Team

You will be part of the GAC Motor sales team in Qatar, working alongside experienced Sales Executives and reporting to the Showroom Manager. The team is committed to delivering a customer first experience and fostering a collaborative, quality driven sales environment. Cross functional cooperation with finance, admin, and aftersales teams ensures seamless service and helps create customers for life.

What Equips You For The Role

  • Knowledge of automotive models, features, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., C4C) and sales reporting systems.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in sales practices.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning and industry updates.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM/sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
