Job Summary:
The Asset Controlling Officer is responsible for managing, monitoring, and safeguarding company assets to ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role involves maintaining asset records, conducting audits, and ensuring proper utilization and accountability across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s asset register and tracking system

Monitor asset allocation, movement, and disposal procedures

Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconciliation

Coordinate with procurement and finance for asset capitalization and documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulatory standards

Prepare asset reports and support internal and external audits
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
-
3–5 years of experience in asset control, inventory management, or finance
-
Strong knowledge of asset management systems and MS Office (Excel proficiency required)
-
Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID
-
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
