Stock Burger Co. is a vibrant sports hub offering specialty burgers, flatbreads, fresh salads, amazing appetizers, and wide selection of hops Your day-to-day:
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales, and costs
- Supervise coordinate and directs the prompt, efficient, and courteous service of Food & Beverage in the restaurant
- Control and analyze, on an ongoing basis, the following:
Quality levels of production, Guest Satisfaction, Merchandising and marketing, Operating costs, Sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations
- Conduct such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, on-the-job performance, coaching and counseling to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity
- Develop formal training plans and implement job training sessions for restaurant employees
- Conduct pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with Executive Chef
- Participate in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant
- Ensure hotel grooming and appearance standards of the staff in the restaurant are met
- Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
- Schedule guest reservations and arrange for private parties in the restaurant
- Conduct all administrative work required, including but not limited to:
Attendance records, Duty Roster, Guest index, etc

- Proven experience in an F&B management role within a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
