About The Role
In this role, you will support the revenue integrity team in ensuring the accuracy and compliance in cargo revenue related processes by analyzing customer and internal stakeholders’ disputes and revenue adjustments.
The role involves identification of the root causes of the revenue adjustments, providing timely and accurate resolutions and recommending corrective actions to management in order to minimize revenue leakage and enhance overall revenue integrity in cargo business.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Analyze and ensure prompt and accurate resolution of all disputes and revenue adjustments raised by customer or internal stakeholders in the system.
- Handle the waiver and write off approval review process ensuring it follows authorization protocols
- Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing complexity of the business. Manage and influence internal stakeholders in the interest of revenue integrity to safeguard the interests of the division globally
- Conduct periodic assessments of systems and process controls, reporting any suspected leakages to the management.
- Regularly monitor the Early Warning Signal KPIs and dashboard to identify and address and abnormalities during review.
- Support the development and implementation of the Early Warning Signal tools and alert proactively to prevent any revenue leakages in the end-to-end business process from booking until payment receipt.
- Drive continuous enhancement and transformation of revenue integrity policies and procedures to detect, access and reduce cargo revenue leakages.
- Collaborate with internal Cargo stakeholders to uphold compliance with revenue integrity protocol and evaluate revenue trends and risks across various segments of Cargo.
- Aid in the design and implementation of global revenue integrity framework, including policies for waiver and approvals.
- Analyze bookings, tariff and other charges to detect any revenue leakages. Work with stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure. Provide guidelines and analysis to the management for target setting and planning to reach these targets.
- Perform system testing if required for any system enhancements or system bugs fixes.
Qualifications About you
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of job-related experience.
- Understanding of Cargo business, rates/ tariffs, TACT rules, Cargo billing and revenue processes knowledge and experience.
- Experience working in the Cargo industry (with Airline or Freight Forwarders) and preferably in revenue related unit.
- Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI tools and business Intelligence and statistical tools such as Business Objects and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and audit skills which include the ability to apply ethical judgment and evaluating risks that could lead to revenue loss.
