Jaidah Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing and executing end‑to‑end payroll operations
• Ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processing
• Preparing monthly payroll reports, reconciliations
• Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
• Preparing payroll‑related financial reports, audits, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinating closely with HR and Finance to streamline processes
• Handling employee payroll inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in payroll
• Knowledge of SAP, Incasea, and general accounting principles is highly preferable
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures and best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
