We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to handle the daily execution of Snoonu’s advertising campaigns. Reporting directly to the Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the technical setup, trafficking, and quality assurance (QA) of all ads.

Your goal is operational excellence: ensuring that the strategy defined by the leadership is executed without errors and on time.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Set up and launch campaigns across Snoonu’s inventory (Banners, Sponsored Products) strictly following the media plans provided by the Lead.
• Ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and policy guidelines before going live.
• Operate the backend of our Retail Media tech stack daily
• Monitor active campaigns daily to ensure pacing is on track (delivering the promised impressions/clicks).
• Generate raw performance reports for the Lead Media Coordinator to review.
• Immediately flag any technical discrepancies or delivery issues to your direct manager.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Experience: 1-3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Language: Native/Fluent Arabic and English is MANDATORY
• Technical Tools:
• Experience with Ad Servers or Campaign Manager tools is required.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, respect for hierarchy and processes, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Specific Advantage: Experience using Topsort (or similar auction-based/sponsored listing platforms) is a major plus.
