We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate who will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop hiring strategies, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in building and scaling talent acquisition functions in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will drive talent initiatives to support our hyper-growth journey while fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives, focusing on both tech and core business roles.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent through social media, job boards, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights, recruitment metrics, and reports to inform decision-making and continuously improve hiring practices.
  • Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to source high-quality talent.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for tech and non-tech roles in fast-paced, high-growth startups or similar industries.
  • Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, and systems.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report insights.
  • Deep knowledge of local and international labor markets and compliance regulations in Qatar.
  • Passion for building inclusive, diverse, and dynamic teams.
