This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in building and scaling talent acquisition functions in fast-paced environments. - Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives, focusing on both tech and core business roles.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent through social media, job boards, events, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Provide data-driven insights, recruitment metrics, and reports to inform decision-making and continuously improve hiring practices.
- Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to source high-quality talent.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong expertise in hiring for tech and non-tech roles in fast-paced, high-growth startups or similar industries.
- Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report insights.
- Deep knowledge of local and international labor markets and compliance regulations in Qatar.
- Passion for building inclusive, diverse, and dynamic teams.
