Overview Of The Role
- The Customer Service Representative at Al Futtaim Vehicle Rentals is responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring a seamless rental experience and efficient operations. The role involves direct customer interaction, sales monitoring, compliance with operational procedures, and delivery of high-quality service aligned with Al Futtaim Values. Collaborating with different branches and departments is crucial to address rental concerns and maintain standard procedures.
What You Will Do
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction to meet and exceed AVR standards and drive customer engagement.
- Serve as the frontliner of the rental business, accommodating customers courteously and attending to calls for any inquiries.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales flow for target achievement assessment.
- Comply with procedures and recommend changes to maintain standardized rental and payment processes.
- Meet monthly sales targets, increase rental utilization above 80%, and avoid exceeding rental count budget.
- Handle rental queries and complaints within 48 hours.
- Assist customers with service queries and provide detailed contract and insurance policy information.
- Contact customers regarding payment dues, issue receipts upon payment, and provide account statements.
- Process payments via multiple methods and update daily accounting reports for audit and finance records.
- Provide administrative support to the rental team in document control and training.

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive client interactions.
- Computer literacy for efficient handling of digital sales and administrative tasks.

- College Graduate with a relevant degree.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.
- Experience within a similar industry, preferably in vehicle rentals.
