Your day involves overseeing all commercial aspects of SV projects, including financial forecasting, risk management, procurement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and IFRS 15. You also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive bid strategies, analyze tender requirements, and participate in negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Oversee and manage all commercial tasks for SV projects, including compliance with company policies, IFRS 15, and contractual obligations, while ensuring accurate financial forecasting, billing milestones, and documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, risks, and opportunities, and support the Project Manager in contract negotiations, supplier claims, and project accounting.
  • Handle procurement, logistics, and supplier payments, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and company policies, while managing foreign currency risks and financial instruments like guarantees and bonds.
  • Lead the commercial aspects of bids, including strategies for terms, taxes, currency, payment terms, and compliance, in collaboration with Bidding and Sales teams.
  • Analyze tender/offer requirements, define optimal business models, and engage with internal departments (Legal, Treasury, Tax) to execute competitive commercial strategies.
  • Actively participate in bid preparation, pricing, customer negotiations, and internal approval processes, ensuring all commercial aspects of contracts and terms are addressed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, project accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance and project modules.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
  • CPM certification is preferred.
