A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue and market share targets
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage key corporate, government, and leisure accounts
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively sourcing new business
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities within the Doha market
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans as required
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Ensure all sales activities align with IHG brand standards and commercial policies

What We Need From You

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a premium or upscale hotel
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality and corporate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive and organized approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in sales systems and reporting tools
