As the Outlet Manager, you will lead the operations of your designated restaurant. Your key duties and responsibilities will be to ensure profitable F&B operations, achieve outlet business goals, accurately forecast business demands, work with the team to develop & execute marketing plans, achieve exceptional guest service, and profitability. Your leadership and vision will drive the outelt’s success and reputation as a premier destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Lead the operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional experience for every guest
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop a talented team, promoting high standards of service, teamwork, and hospitality
- Guest Satisfaction: Maintain consistent guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service standards, and ensuring attention to detail
- Financial Management: Control budgets and manage costs effectively, driving revenue and profit maximization while maintaining high operational standards
- Staff Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, encouraging growth and enhancing service delivery
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the outlet
What We Need From You Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, or high-end restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends
- Ability to lead a large and diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
