About Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering Digital & AI transformation agenda across Global Business Services (GBS) units as well as overseeing Global Business Services advocacy initiative and communications. You will act as coach, a mentor, problem solver, change agent, and an expert in understanding and implementing transformation, change management and organizational dynamics. Provide support to Leadership in delivering process improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency and transformational change with visible benefits that support QR strategic transformation, continuous improvement and end to end journey
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cross-functional Digital and AI Transformation Programmes with a primary focus on GBS business units
- Partner with Global Process Owner(s) / VPs to identify and drive corporate imperatives of global End to End Process transformation and other initiatives.
- Identify gaps in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop road map/ business plan for future business improvement.
- Oversee team of Digital & AI transformation experts and Engineers
- Manage, lead and facilitate process design meetings to extract key business and technical procedures & process criteria.
- Lead on GBS advocacy initiatives with primary focus on identification of new opportunities for GBS agenda, promote GBS internally, and measure CSAT scores
- Lead GBS internal and external communication activities, as well as L&D initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise and best of class industry practices related to business transformation; you will be required to advise from strategic framework development to the details of conducting technical workshops.
- Ensure delivery of financial and no-financial tangible benefits to the company
- Developing and maximising the benefits of Transformation, and project management wherever possible to enhance the capability of the designated business units.
- Cooperate with IT and Digital department to facilitate the introduction innovation solutions
Qualifications Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with minimum 9 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits in aviation industry
- Mix of consulting and in-house experience is beneficial
- Able to lead Digital & AI transformation
- Previous experience in promoting GBS ways of working, and benefits
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyse large amounts of data in order to extract relevant information and identify patterns
- Structured and effective way of working with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent change management, influencing skills and problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proven track record in leading projects and engaging teams
- Driving Business Performance and Change
- Command of English language
- Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
