About Your Role
Your role is to plan, lead and manage the end-to-end transition of selected processes into Combined Delivery Center in India. You will be accountable for planning, executing and stabilizing migrations with no operational disruption, sustaining service levels and embedding standardized ways of working and controls.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive transition program plan, RACI, and governance cadence for each service line, aligning scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources to enable risk-free, time-bound transitions.
- Define cutover and hyper care frameworks and checklists (readiness criteria, issue triage, escalation paths) to assure stable BAU post go-live.
- Coordinate process mapping, SOPs, and knowledge base creation; confirm control points and data hand-offs between Doha and CDC to standardize operations and maintain compliance.
- Lead capability build phase (KT/OJT) and parallel run with predefined quality gates to sustain current KPI levels
- Execute robust change and communication plans with transparent updates to impacted teams and leadership to minimize resistance and ensure adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition/HR to align and monitor recruitment/onboarding timelines at CDC and manage exemptions where approved to safeguard transition schedules.
- Maintain an integration risk register with mitigations, owners, and timelines to meet QR compliance standards during and after transition as well as to maintain noiseless transitions
- Maintain robust transition progress vs plan reporting and dashboards to present to senior stakeholders
- During transition phase coordinate tracking of project and operational KPIs (service quality, productivity, cost to serve, control effectiveness) vs baselines and targets; report weekly and monthly via performance hubs to demonstrate value and deliver the business case.
- Identify and launch quick-wins and future optimizations (“Fix”) to accelerate efficiency and quality improvements.
Qualifications Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required preferably within Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in managing large scale transition projects for expat candidates.
- Proven ability to implement designed frameworks in agile and flexible environments.
- Strong learning agility — energetic, open-minded, inquisitive.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and re-engineering tools preferred.
- Experience with Shared Services operations (SLA development, KPI reporting).
- A mix of consulting and in-house experience are preferable
- Previous experience with transition obtained with BPO service provider or other consulting companies
- Understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Qatar Airways organizational processes is an advantage. Ability to interpret and integrate the integrity of technical data
- PMP / PRINCE 2 / relevant project management certification preferred.
- Previous experience in projects managing transition of activities, process and operations between locations would be an added plus.
