Job Purpose:

Digital Transformation & AI Manager will be responsible to deliver specific Digital & AI Transformation initiatives. This role will act as coach, a mentor, problem solver, change agent, and an expert in planning, understanding and implementing AI & Digital Transformation Agenda. Provide support to Leadership in transformation projects to achieve operational efficiency and tangible benefits that support QR strategic transformation, continuous improvement and End to End journey.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute medium scale cross-functional Digital Transformation Programmes
• Partner with Process Owner(s) / VPs to drive corporate imperatives of global End to End Process transformation and other initiatives.
• Identify gaps in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop road map/ business plan for future business improvement.
• Manage, lead and facilitate process design meetings, and use case design workshops in order to extract key business and technical procedures & process criteria.
• Provide subject matter expertise and best of class industry practices related to digital & AI transformation; you will be required to advise from strategic framework development to the details of conducting technical workshops.
• Ensure delivery of financial and no-financial tangible benefits to the company
• Train, coach and mentor AI Transformation Engineers
• This will include but not limited to developing and maximising the benefits of Transformation, adopting lean principles and project management wherever possible to enhance the capability of the designated business units.
• Cooperate with IT and Digital department to facilitate the introduction innovation solutions

Qualifications About You:

• High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience in managing medium to large scale Digital & AI Transformations
• Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits possibly in different industries
• Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyse large amounts of data in order to extract relevant information and identify patterns
• Excellent in translating business requirements into workable solution for AI Engineers
• Able to collaborate with business owners to identify new transformation opportunities
• Structured and effective way of working with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
