About the job

The HR Quality Control/Data Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business in the form of metrics and dashboards enabling strategic decision-making. The incumbent carries out quality audits identifying data discrepancies,

recommending corrective action while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Additional KEY duties assigned to this position in clear, concise language:

1. Collate, analyze data from human resource information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews etc. and represent data into dashboards, metrics and statistics, enabling strategic decision making by the management

2. Identify trends and patterns utilizing data various HR operations and report insights that will

result in strategic decisions, optimization of improvement opportunities, and identification of gaps, process enhancement and system optimization.

3. Optimize the processes for data intake, validation as well as modeling & visualization

4. Anticipate future demand of HR initiatives related to people, technology and business within HR and implement solutions to meet these needs.

5. Identify metrics, develop data models to support broader HR strategy and build tools that effectively visualize this data and build system to transform into actionable business insights

6. Develop processes and guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality review of all analytics, reports dashboards etc. provided to the management

7. Lead the data migration, re-engineering and automation initiatives ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices

8. Perform regular data integrity and quality audits to ensure data authenticity and identify data discrepancies and recommending improvements

9. Perform critical data analysis, conceptual and logical data modelling to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics and information and translate into reports and dashboards


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration


6 years’ experience in Human Recourses out of which 2 years in data management
