Currently, we are seeking for Tele Sales Specialist. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF. Key Responsibilities:

  • Calls up the prospects / potential customers in the market to sell DGF services.
  • Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.
  • Successfully delivers on both target and high customer satisfaction measures.
  • Develops and maintains strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provides customer information, supports identification and qualification of sales leads

Job Qualification:

  • Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience in Logistic and Transportation area is a plus
  • Multitasking and ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
  • Enjoys communication and interaction with people
