We are looking to hire a qualified Bilingual Sales Account manager (English/ Arabic) to join our team who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers and develop new sales opportunities.

Job Profile

  • Manage a set of enterprise accounts to ensure long-term business relationship
  • Generate new sales opportunities by making use of the existing product portfolio and services
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to fulfill them
  • Engage with customers proactively to position company’s product portfolio and services
  • Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate sales of products and services with the client.
  • Report on the status of transactions and accounts regularly
  • Constantly improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Business Development- Enterprise Accounts, with a strong IT background.

  • Candidates having 8+ IT /IT enabled sales experience in Qatar will be preferred
  • Should have a positive attitude and be extremely proactive with customers
  • Extensive experience in Sales and Customer Experience
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of IT Products and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelors Degree

Salary: Negotiable based on current market standards including performance based incentives.
