We are looking to hire a qualified Bilingual Sales Account manager (English/ Arabic) to join our team who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Manage a set of enterprise accounts to ensure long-term business relationship
- Generate new sales opportunities by making use of the existing product portfolio and services
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to fulfill them
- Engage with customers proactively to position company’s product portfolio and services
- Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
- Negotiate sales of products and services with the client.
- Report on the status of transactions and accounts regularly
- Constantly improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Business Development- Enterprise Accounts, with a strong IT background.
- Candidates having 8+ IT /IT enabled sales experience in Qatar will be preferred
- Should have a positive attitude and be extremely proactive with customers
- Extensive experience in Sales and Customer Experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of IT Products and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with problem-solving skills
- Understanding of MS Office and CRM software
- Strong work ethic
- Bachelors Degree
Salary: Negotiable based on current market standards including performance based incentives.
