The Live Content Intern will support the content and category teams in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing product listings across Snoomart’s e-commerce platform. This role offers hands-on experience in content management, live operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced Q-commerce grocery environment.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Assist in managing and updating live product content, including product titles, descriptions, images, and nutritional information.
  • Conduct regular audits of live content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Coordinate with the category, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure content reflects the latest assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support in tracking out-of-stock items and ensuring proper tagging and replacements are managed on the platform.
  • Participate in daily operational checks to identify and flag inconsistencies or errors in the live catalogue.
  • Help implement content improvements based on customer feedback, SEO guidelines, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in tagging and categorizing new products to improve discoverability and navigation.
  • Ensure all content follows brand tone, legal disclaimers, and health standards

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Media, or related field.

Professional Experience

  • Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital content is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, e-commerce platforms, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent written English.
