As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading a section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation while supporting the overall success of our culinary team.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Four Seasons’ standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Contribute to cost control and efficient use of resources.
What You Bring
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
