The Head of Transformation plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s transformation agenda. The position leads enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, process excellence, and organizational performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Job Role & Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of transformation programs, frameworks, and tools to drive business efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Manage the planning, monitoring, and assessment of transformation performance to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
- Align transformation initiatives with corporate strategy, supporting the design and implementation of long-term and short-term plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, internal, and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional transformation and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence, automation, and innovation to enhance financial and non-financial performance across divisions.
- Oversee process optimization and standardization by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring adoption of best practices.
- Support strategic decision-making by establishing performance indicators, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to track progress and sustain improvement
Qualifications Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategy execution within large organizations.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferably Black Belt certified).
- Demonstrated ability to apply process mapping, workflow redesign, and performance management tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with VP-level and above.
- Consulting background and exposure to digital automation or innovation projects will be an advantage.
