During your tenure as a Senior in Human Resources, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc

Work with Talent group leaders to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stages.

Work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team.

Manage your work to meet deadlines, often under severe time pressures.

Display a team player attitude, be motivated, flexible, a creative thinker, and fast learner.

Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects.

Demonstrate a detail oriented and conscientious approach

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Post job openings on the recruitment management system and source profiles as needed

Leadership capabilities:

Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent

Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track

Qualifications: 

5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.

At least 2 – 3 years in house experience, hiring specifically for Financial services would be a plus.

Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.

Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.

Experience in any of these areas would be an asset: international recruitment, web-based recruitment systems, Human Resources Information Systems, competency-based HR processes.

Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives.

Detail oriented and conscientious.

Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.

Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).

Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).

Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
