During your tenure as a Senior in Human Resources, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Post job openings on the recruitment management system and source profiles as needed
Conduct HR interviews, testing and coordinate with the leaders on the first technical interview, and follow up on their feedback.
Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources functions and associated terms and conditions.

5 years HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
Experience in any of these areas would be an asset: international recruitment, web-based recruitment systems, Human Resources Information Systems, competency-based HR processes.
Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives.
Detail-oriented and conscientious.
Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
