Job Purpose:

Prepare and develop integrated creative media campaigns and support the Multimedia team to produce and create visual creative content for QF and all its entities.

Key Result Areas:

  • Contribute to the design, execution and development of corporate video and audio production strategy
  • Coordinate, plan, produce and direct media programs for educational and informational purposes
  • Assist the supervisor in preparing integrated campaign plans including budget and proposed milestones
  • Identify and recommend the most efficient methods of reaching target audience through advertising/media buying according to the received project brief and requirements from the end-users
  • Liaise with the Communications departments and discuss the briefs to ensure that all key messages are aligned
  • Enhance brand awareness and visibility through audio and visual media
  • Prepare creative briefs containing key messages and target audience and brief the selected agency
  • Manage the selected agency in all stages of development and execution
  • Receive all requests for marketing services from the end-users and prioritize requests based on urgency
  • Discuss the requirements of outsourcing the execution of request, prepare briefs and ensure complete understanding of objectives and deliverables
  • Work with Strategic Marketing and Digital departments to create integrated campaigns
  • Write video briefs + concepts for agencies, partner organizations and/or in house production
  • Interface between other departments to ensure that content and relevant details are complete and made available
  • Handle all media production from pre-production to post-production, including facilitating of filming
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that marketing communications and corporate collaterals are produced by the agreed deadline and within the budget
  • Receive video production request from the end-user, discuss requirements with selected production houses and recommend the best creative route to the end-user
  • Understand received creative requirements and ensure full compliance to brief during the design process
  • Liaise with relevant design agencies to produce appropriate designs and styles for outsourced projects
  • Ensure strict compliance of all creative designs with branding and co-branding guidelines
  • Assist in formulating/updating the customer feedback questionnaire, analyze survey findings and implement corrective action plans
  • Identify appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital and Strategic campaigns
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media production and/or Journalism
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in production of media content, handling media & digital platforms as well as integrated marketing in a large organization
  • Experience in media production – Cinematography, Editing, Directing and Producing as well as in creating, brainstorming and executing integrative marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency is using specialized production equipment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid, ProTools, Adobe After Effects
  • Ability to edit completed audiovisual media for presentations
  • Recognizable content produced by the individual
  • Knowledge of current developments in the field of media communications
  • Excellent in creating integrated marketing campaigns with the help of digital media
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
