You will manage and develop comprehensive commercial, in-flight service, and Cabin Crew training strategies in order to achieve corporate training and development goals through implementation of innovative and effective learning methods and technology. You will manage resources in terms of time, product, and people in order to deliver world class training programmes.

In Addition To The Above, Other Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, design, develop, deliver innovative and effective learning solutions and oversee set standards and requirements for the Customer Experience Department.
  • Review and evaluate learning methods and research design in order to improve delivery of training. Ensure that processes are aligned with regulatory bodies and entities such as IATA, IOSA, GCAA.
  • Oversee the design and development of training programmes while optimising existing internal solutions in an effort to effectively manage costs.
  • Audit and evaluate all training content and implement necessary changes as appropriate to ensure that all training material meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain annual budgetary submission and sustain projected figures through effective cost management.
  • Select, develop, manage, and lead a core team of Training Professionals which will contribute to the programs continued growth and success.


We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Customer Experience – Cabin Services Training Team.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Learning and Development, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 8 years of job-related experience.
  • Managerial skills or prior experience in leading a team.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Design Software and Multi-media technology.
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
