Lead the DQ reservations team, provide seamless operations and excellent services to clients (B2B and B2C) and also to promote Qatar as a premium tourism destination. You will be responsible to enhance the customer service experience through formation and ongoing optimization of operational procedures, resources utilization, and manpower rostering. You will ensure that the daily business are performing according to company procedures and policies.
Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level with minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar industry. Proficient in MS Office and tourism back office systems. DMC reservations/operations experience would be highly preferred, as well as destination knowledge of Qatar.
