We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Creative Designer to join our rapidly growing global workforce. You will help to execute our creative vision across digital, web, video, emails, and social communications. As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels. You will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality work that speaks to our brand and drives customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, and print and digital media.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
Design industry leading marketing assets that follow our brand guidelines across our marketing and sales channels.
Utilize creative execution to clearly promote our products and services to the customer and to deliver on customer acquisition and engagement KPI’s.
Work cross-functionally with internal Web developers.
Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure consistency and quality of brand experience at every touch point.
Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Utilize data to continually evolve creative and messaging to deliver on KPI’s.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
Portfolio of work
Expert-level experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices – especially mobile.
Background in F&B is a plus.
