Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.
2. Applying artificial nails.
3. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
4. Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
5. Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
6. Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
7. Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.
8. Providing quality hand and foot massages.
9. Providing clients with post-treatment care instructions, such as not rubbing or touching the eyes for a specified period after treatment has been provided.
10. Following all state regulations regarding sterilization and disinfection procedures for equipment and supplies
11. Discussing clients’ options for lash styles that best suit their facial features and preferences
12. Maintaining cleanliness at all times to prevent exposure to infections and other harmful conditions
13. Providing information about aftercare products and how to use them properly
14. Providing information about post-treatment care, such as how long results should last or what to do if an infection occurs
15. Applying eyelash extensions using methods such as gluing individual synthetic lashes one by one to existing lashes with a specialized adhesive
16. State aesthetician or cosmetologist license required
17. Permanent Cosmetics Certification (paramedical techniques course)Outgoing personality, able to work with others, positive attitude
18. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
19. Proficiency in microblading, permanent makeup, and facial waxing
20. Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs
