We are looking for qualified candidate to join our team.

This role will responsible for leading the new product development, improving existing products, quality improvements and cost savings. Provide support to QC and manufacturing facilities to improve production line efficiencies, reduce yield loss, reduce RM Cost and enhance product quality.

  • Create new product formulations and samples.
  • Responsible for creating and updating ERP and Intranet in accordance to company regulations.
  • Coordinates all shelf life testing.
  • Work with production Manager to set specs on new products.
  • Manage product development from proof of concept through commercialization, resulting in the launch of new and improvement of existing productions in our portfolio.
  • Developing product matches for existing items.
  • Maintaining highly accurate documentation of the product development process.
  • Preparing samples to be shipped or presented to the customer or sales team.
  • Partner with the manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to improve existing products.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with RM and Manufacturing equipment supplies.
  • Lead/ execute cost saving initiatives related to admixtures and mortar operations.
  • Responsible for controlling cost through smart formulation and processing, and creation/ execution of cost saving projects.
  • Ensures product specifications are accurate.
  • Create and edit formulas and ensure accuracy to finished product specs.
  • Ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed.
  • To perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent
  • FLUENT- Very Good English- a must.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and goal oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Functions well in a multi-task environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use of Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
