Your day to day

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for bar/lounge daily shift operations. You will be involved in promoting the hotel’s beverage services, be responsible for the menu planning, management of property liquor inventories and controls and ensure that standards are consistently in place and maintained. You will also assist in floor operations when required.

What we need from you

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel and/or resort or restaurant/bar/lounge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and work well with a diverse team
• Flexibility in shifts
