Role Purpose:

As a Senior Corporate Security Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Qatar Airways (QR) Group assets, employees, and residents. You will oversee daily security operations across commercial and residential buildings, manage complex access control systems, and ensure the highest standards of safety through rigorous inspections and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight & Inspections:

  • Conduct daily physical security inspections of QR commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance with group standards.
  • Monitor, guide, and evaluate third-party security service providers to ensure service delivery meets QR’s operational needs.
  • Assist in responding to security and safety incidents, providing immediate support to occupants and facilities.
  • Conduct authorized alcohol testing and “right of search” procedures in accordance with company policy.

CCTV & Investigations:

  • Manage access to the CCTV control room and collaborate with operators on ongoing investigations.
  • Perform initial fact-finding for security incidents, recording detailed findings for security management.
  • Identify and highlight suspected fraudulent behavior, theft, or security breaches to the direct line manager.

Access Control & ID Management:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of QR ID cards, including biometric enrollment and system access level assignments for employees and contractors.
  • Process HIA Passenger Loading Bridge cards for flight deck and cabin crew, including temporary access requests for HIA/DIA.
  • Administer the QRISP portal for data requests and HR-related ID activations/deactivations.
  • Manage the collection, cancellation, and reissuance of IDs during employee separations or in cases of lost/stolen media.

Stakeholder Liaison & Administration:

  • Act as a key point of contact between Group Security, Local Authorities, and internal QR stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records for lost and found property and alcohol permit documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Submit comprehensive daily and monthly operational reports to provide transparency on tasks and challenges.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff, contractors, and customer data.

Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 1 years of job-related experience.
  • Holding valid Qatari Driver License
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with government agencies and stakeholders
  • Ability to schedule, priorities work
  • Good written & spoken English language Computer literate, with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office and Oracle
  • Proven experience in corporate security operations.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV operations, access control systems.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency in administrative reporting and inventory management.
