About The Role

At Four Seasons Hotel The Pearl – Doha, the Commis I in our Steakhouse Kitchen plays a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This position supports the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in line with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in daily mise en place for the steakhouse kitchen.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during operations.
  • Support senior chefs in menu development and special events when required.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts and grilling techniques.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
