Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Coaster Bus Driver based in Qatar, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home tasks. The Coaster Bus Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a coaster bus to transport passengers to designated locations. Ensuring passenger safety, performing routine vehicle checks, following established routes and schedules, and maintaining records related to vehicle usage are key responsibilities of the role. The driver will also communicate with customers to provide excellent service and adhere to company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in operating and maintaining coaster buses and trucks, with a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Defensive Driving techniques and adherence to safety regulations.
• Experience in driver training and knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics are an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work requirements and knowledge of local routes in Qatar.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in driving or transportation safety are a plus.
