This is an on-site, full-time Football Coach role based in Doha, Qatar. The Football Coach will plan and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to individual and team needs, develop technical and tactical skills, and foster a positive and engaging learning environment. The coach will provide comprehensive guidance to players, implement effective coaching strategies, and inspire participants to reach their optimal performance levels. Collaboration with coaching staff, athletes, and other stakeholders is a key element of this role to achieve collective success and uphold the values of Sparta Sports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Football Coaching and general Coaching strategies
- Strong knowledge of Football techniques and expertise in game preparation
- Effective Communication skills to establish rapport with athletes and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and conducting Training sessions to improve performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with a coaching team and adapt to varied needs
- Prior coaching experience with youth, amateur, or professional teams preferred
- Relevant certifications in coaching and first aid are advantageous
- A passion for sports and fostering talent through motivation and mentorship
