About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Communication Specialist for Customer Contact Centers in Doha.
As a Communications Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring transparent, timely, and engaging information flow across the international Customer Contact Centre workforce. This position requires designing, implementing, and leading a robust communications framework that effectively delivers updates on new business requirements, policy changes, and strategic initiatives. Beyond information dissemination, you are responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and trust, driving employee engagement, and maintaining high morale throughout the organization
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that spans all levels of the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to gather critical updates and transform them into clear, concise, and engaging messages for employees.
- Deliver timely communications through diverse channels, including newsletters, emails, and digital platforms, to keep the workforce informed and connected.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale communication initiatives, such as virtual and in-person meetings, fostering alignment and engagement across teams.
- Evaluate and optimize communication effectiveness by leveraging feedback and engagement metrics to continuously refine strategies.
- Maintain a structured communication calendar to track and manage scheduled updates, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement by driving programs that boost morale, such as recognition initiatives, feedback loops, and social activities.
- Ensure brand and message consistency by adhering to corporate communication standards across all Customer Contact Centers.
- Support organizational change by providing clear, consistent communication during system implementations and process transitions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and job specific skills:
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Job Specific Skills:
- Fluent command of English, with excellent grammar and comprehension.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability in high-pressure environments, with proven ability to manage crises effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly across functions and with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator, and Outlook.
- Proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.
Preferred
- Understanding of designing and formatting communication
- Working knowledge of photo and video-editing software
- Experience managing intranets and digital communities such as Viva Engage
