Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contractor invoices, ABMS (Activity-Based Management System) data, appendices, and related financial documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project budgets and deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Analyzing ABMS data and appendices to validate invoice details and ensure alignment with project budgets and deliverables.
  • Conducting quality checks on invoices and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure proper documentation and timely processing of invoices.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and forecasts for projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of financial reports, including cost analysis and budget tracking.
  • Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reviewed invoices, estimates, and related financial documentation.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of invoice review and cost estimation.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10 years of experience in cost estimation, invoice review, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of contractor invoicing processes, ABMS, and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cost estimation and financial management.
  • A strong background in cost estimation, invoice review, and financial analysis, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
