What You Will Be Doing
- Answer all internal and external calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, ensuring a warm and helpful guest experience.
- Direct calls efficiently to the appropriate hotel departments or personnel.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding hotel services, room availability, dining options, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Record and execute wake-up call requests with precision and punctuality.
- Handle emergency and security-related calls in strict adherence to hotel safety and response protocols.
- Accurately take and relay guest messages, ensuring timely and discreet delivery.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns via phone, ensuring follow-up or escalation when necessary.
- Assist in managing restaurant reservations, coordinating with F&B outlets to maximize guest satisfaction and optimize seating availability.
- Maintain and update the internal telephone directory regularly.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards concerning all guest and hotel information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and services.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using telephone systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
