Context & Environment
Internal Interaction
- With all employees for any administrative matters & reports
External Interaction
- With the Walk-in Customers for their account/order related assistance.
- Negotiating with the vendors to get the best rates.
Activities
- Coordinating all business administration activities related to HR, Finance and Marketing to assist in the operations for TEMQ.
- Managing customer collection along with sales team and aging updates for HO reporting
- Assist in arranging regular meeting and follow ups with the sales team and customers due for payments.
- Update PDC list and follow up with bank payments and collection schedules with G4S.
- Posting payments in SAP for the needful processing for TEMQ.
- Coordinating with treasury department for the related transaction and correspondence
- Liaison with marketing for the needful OPEX and CAPEX related administrative tasks and maintaining/updating the needful contracts.
- Creating PR PO for the OPEX and CAPEX related items.
- Coordinate processing of needful petty cash and expense claim forms for TEMQ
- Coordinate with TEMQ’s PRO for the related administrative tasks renewal of licenses, QID and work visas
- Coordinate and assist in TEMQ office management related to stationary, furniture and IT resources.
- Coordinate with Legal department for all related administrative affairs and records keeping.
- Assist the General Manager whenever required.
- Ensure meeting HSE objectives as per the group policy.
- To provide the best customer accounts handling as per company standards & the best support to sales team & TEMQ management
Candidate Profile
Knowledge
- Strong Accounting & administration background,
- Proficiency in Excel Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skills
- Inter-personal communication skills
- Highly organized and results driven
- Dedicated, flexible & self-motivated
- English language proficiency
Experience
- Minimum one year experience (or internships) within a similar role
Education
- Bachelo’s degree in Accounting & Finance / Marketing
