About the job

This position will be responsible for the project and programs of eHealth. The Project Manager supports the administration of daily project management, coordinating with team members on the implementation and effective usage of the eHealth national solution, whilst following international project management methodologies.

•Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks

•Develop project work breakdown structures to clearly outline the scope to be delivered

•Develop comprehensive project plans and timeline

•Manage the day-to-day activities to manage the project through the entire project lifecycle

•Communicate and ensure stakeholders of different levels are kept in the loop of project progress

•Manage risks and issues, and work with the necessary owners to apply management strategies

•Develop reports and dashboard to report on project progress

•Take accountability and responsibility for the lifecycle of the project

•Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.

•Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up

•Assist in development of presentations and collect relevant information for the project

•Apply variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Such as analyzing project needs, determining project priority, monitoring project performance

•Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, related to each project

•Perform a variety of project administration tasks

•Provide support on project management and illustrates how to use administrative tools

•Review project materials and deliverables for adherence to methodologies and procedures

•Coordinate upgrades and supports project management vendors; coordinate, organize training on project management tools and methodologies

•Participate in the development, maintenance and publication of project management standards and guidelines

Experience and Qualifications:

•A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical /Paramedical is required

•Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant role, out of which 3 years performing project management

•Experience in implementing and supporting various clinical systems and applications, such as electronic medical record (EMR) systems, laboratory information systems (LIS), pharmacy systems, radiology systems, and others

•Experience and knowledge of implementing national health information exchange, electronic prescribing, pharmaceutical supply chain management and diseases condition management is beneficial

•Experience in working with vendors to coordinate the implementation and integration of clinical systems and applications

•Experience managing resources, time, and budget

•Healthcare technology project management experience is necessary

•Experience with following international project management methodologies such as PMP, and/or Prince2
