Parsons is seeking passionate and driven individuals with a strong interest in Digital Delivery, Information Management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join the best Digital Delivery Team in Parsons as a Digital Delivery Intern – BIM Practitioner!
In this role, you will be fully integrated with our Digital Delivery team, working closely alongside engineers and specialists. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to cutting-edge platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bentley ProjectWise (PW), as well as experience in managing Common Data Environments (CDE) and applying ISO 19650 Standards.
You will also gain valuable experience in BIM modeling, Coordination Workflows, Information Management practices, BIM automation and Visual Programming, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Digital Delivery Manager and Digital Delivery Teams with the day-to-day implementation and coordination of Digital Delivery, Information Management, BIM automation/visual programming and GIS activities.
- Provide regular progress and performance updates to the Digital Delivery Manager and Digital Delivery team on a weekly basis.
- Organize, record, and maintain all formal Digital Delivery, Information Management and BIM-related correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in system maintenance, support, and administration of the Common Data Environment tools such as, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Bentley ProjectWise.
- Support the deployment of software and assist in delivering hands-on BIM software training to project teams.
- Develop 3D models to support drawing production, reporting, and project presentations.
- Extract 2D geometry from 3D models for use in internal design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Ensure Project Information Models (PIMs) are delivered in compliance with the agreed Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) templates.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM packages to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
- Identify, review, and report on clash detections to support model coordination efforts.
- Conduct visual walkthroughs of models to assess constructability and design validation.
- Prepare clash reports and models for constructability and design analysis.
- Validate and export model data into structured schedules to support internal design and commercial workflows.
- Monitor and verify the quality of as-built models, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications.
- Assist in the development and update of the Building Information Modeling Execution Plan (BEP), BIM Progress Report, TIDP, MIDP, and Clash Report.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Information Technology in Doha, Qatar.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles relevant to chosen discipline
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to support a variety of tasks and disciplines
- Willingness to work on active construction sites and learn from field exposure
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Completion of sophomore year or higher preferred
- Strong academic record and interest in engineering design or construction support

- This is a paid internship position.
