We are seeking a skilled Middleware Technologist with extensive Linux/Unix experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware administration, system integration, and performance tuning. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining middleware platforms, ensuring the seamless integration of various systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware platforms (e.g., IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat).
• Perform system integration using middleware technologies and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for system administration tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployments and system upgrades.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in middleware administration and Linux/Unix system administration is a MUST.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Perl.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified System Administrator, RHCSA) are a plus.
