Job description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates using Internal Platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking system
• Extend job offers and handle negotiations, in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity weekly
• Coordinate pre-boarding tasks including documentation, equipment requests, and orientation scheduling
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires before and during their first weeks
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and team leads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Conduct or support new hire orientation sessions
• Ensure completion of onboarding checklists and required training
