Role Overview:

The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing individualized educational programs for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Adapt and modify lessons to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of students’ progress and interventions.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to the school’s wider initiatives for inclusion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
