About The Role
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for Social media channels, exclusively for providing an effective and efficient Social Media customer service aligned with strategic goals. Implement Social Media strategy, create competitor analysis and monitor all conversations on digital and social media platforms. Responsible for reputation management on Social Media platforms.
Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Create campaigns to enhance social media presence, create awareness of products and services and, ultimately, to drive sales.
- Cover events and awards on Social Media channels by creating and editing social media rich content; such as 360 multimedia, Time-lapse videos and Instagram stories.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and activation including but not limited to Marketing calendar, running relevant social media promotions and manage offline brand activations.
- Implement and measure the integrated social media strategies.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the success of social media exposure and engagement results.
- Responsible for managing online communities across a variety of channels, creating original content and eliciting content from multiple sources within and outside of.
- Create and execute a plan to actively engage and grow social conversations and engagement.
- Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to create content for social media channels.
- Conceptualize the implementation of compelling content and programs across various social platforms that engage and communicate effectively with audience.
- Execute social strategies and campaigns for new product launches, and brand partnerships.
- Stay on the pulse for social media trends and explore new technologies/channels as relevant to the strategic vision and in line with budget.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience

- Strategic social media planning and execution skills.
- Excellent English copywriting skills.
- Ability and willingness to work extended and non-standard hours as required and during emergencies.
- Ability and willingness to handle highly stressful situations, including juggling multiple activities, prioritizing customer needs, responding to crisis situations.
- Ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment.
- Problem solving techniques.
