About The Role

• Ensure HSE and Quality standards for hook-up activities are implemented effectively
• Develop Hook-up Project Execution Plans and support budget definitions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during hook-up activities, addressing technical and logistical challenges.
• Supervise the preparation of detailed hook-up procedures and specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration with commissioning teams for project completion.
• Analyze potential risks and ensure knowledge management methodologies are implemented.
• Represent Saipem in client, partner, and subcontractor interactions regarding hook-up phases

Requirement

• Proven expertise in commissioning, construction sequences, and hook-up execution strategies.
• Proficiency with tools like Primavera, SAP, and other project management software.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in resource allocation and workload management.
• Experience with both greenfield and brownfield projects in offshore environments.
