Role Overview

This contract position provides high-level administrative, strategic, and analytical

support to the CCO, contributing to the effective leadership and operation of the organization. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with exceptional

communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong business acumen. The contract nature of this role demands adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into

existing teams and workflows.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CCO, including managing complex correspondence, preparing presentations, and drafting reports.
  • Communication & Liaison: Liaise directly with existing and prospective clients, acting as a professional representative of the CCO and the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Research & Analysis: Research new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Provide insightful information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with core business departments (Product, Marketing, Tech) to facilitate communication, track progress on projects, and ensure alignment with the CCO objectives.
  • Financial Understanding: Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic financial principles and be able to assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Document Preparation & Management: Prepare and manage a variety of documents, including presentations, reports, contracts, and confidential information. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft & Google Office, Notion, Jira, AI

  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Arabic is strongly preferred, Spanish is a bonus.
