Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dayto day maintenance activities to ensure completion within specifiedperiod.
• Generate daily/weekly management reports forthe HVAC assets availabilityas perthe Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• HVAC Supervisor involves effectively monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, overseeing the servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting inspection testing and commissioning, and creating reports using appropriate tools and methods in accordance with safe work practices and standard procedures.
• Prepare Scope of Method statements, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), closing work orders in Oracle, assigning and delegating tasks to team members, conducting toolbox talks, organizing spare parts, managing the procurement process, and meeting management’s needs.
• Creating key performance indicators and providing feedback and reports on the daily operation of HVAC assets.
• Managingandsupervisingcontractual staff.
• Accountableforplanningandconductingin-housetechnical,safetytrainingsandbriefingstopersonnel under his supervision .

Qualification

• HighSchool Qualification/VocationalQualification/Diplomao r Equivalent(TypeofDiploma Based on Role) with minimum 3 years ofjob-related experience.
• Bachelor’sDegreeorEquivalentwithMinimum2yearsof job-relatedexperience.
• Awareness of the chilled water and packaged units, AHU, FCU, VRF, SPLIT UNIT and Window units.
• Preferred with airport experience, hotel and hospital industry.
• KnowledgeofChillerPlantManage r orBMSforaircooledand water-cooled systems .
