We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, preparing detailed forecasts and performance reports
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals with strategic customers
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open lines of communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar sales management role in hospitality, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
